Today,
I am reading:
e.e. cummings, gods At War, and Interrupted.
I am listening to:
Gungor, which is currently my favorite band, Rend Collective and Phil Wickham as well as live worship on the radio, which I love to wake my heart up to.
I am writing:
In my journal, mostly. I am also thinking of writing a Mother's Day post.
I am feeling:
Achy and stiff. But my spirit soars.
For dinner tonight:
Soup and salad at Bible study.
I'd like to share:
This poem, by e.e. cummings
i thank You God for this most amazing
day: for the leaping greenly spirits of tress
and a blue true dream of sky; and for everything
which is natural which is infinite which is yes
(i who have died am alive again today,
and this is the sun's birthday; this is the birth
day of life and of love and wings: and of the gay
great happening illimitably earth)
how should tasting touching hearing seeing
breathing any- lifted from the no
of all nothing- human merely being
doubt unimaginable You?
(now the ears of my ears awake and
now the eyes of my eyes are opened)
Happy Weekending, dear friends. May you be made aware of the Presence of God, wherever you find yourself.

Thanks for sharing! I haven't read ee cummings in years. Looks like I need to. I've got "The Mind of the Maker"/Sayers and "Wise Child"/Furlong on the stack today and working my way through "Sonnets from the Portuguese"/Browning. Hope you have a wonderful weekend, dear girl!
