it's what's for dinner

Do yourself a favor.

Buy: chicken breasts, plain Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese (shredded), garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Rinse the chicken, pat dry.

In a bowl, combine the carton of yogurt, a tablespoon or so of the garlic powder, a teaspoon or so each of salt and pepper and the container of cheese.

Pleace the chicken in a casserole dish, slather it with the yogurt mixture, and pop it in a 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes.

It is moist, flavorful, and delicious.

Serve over salad, rice, or with veggies. Whatever you want.
